Catholic ceremony in Amalfi

Valerie & Thomas,

a very nice USA couple from New Jersey , he is a doctor and she is a nurse, they met at work and they fell in love!

They had an intimate Catholic ceremony that still feels traditional, but isn’t so traditional since the bride was walked to the altar by her two adorable children!

The religious ceremony took place in the majestic Amalfi Cathedral , in a sunny May morning .

The celebration hold by our Catholic Priest,  was very touching , there were only the closest family members including Valerie's mum, and some Italian relatives and all went very smoother.

The groom,  reached the altar on the red carpet while the the bride walked  towards  him with the a wedding march song note and her two children hand in hands .

Before we began, the bride and groom with mum and children spent some time having breakfast in a traditional Italian bar located  just below to the Amalfi Cathedral while,  they were waiting for the other relatives to arrive.

This was a nice occasion for relaxing all together before the big Event!

During the exchanging of the rings,  which is a symbol of marriage and a symbol of the couple’s life together, all the presents could feel their love and emotion.

After the rings exchange when they were pronounced to be husband and wife, this emotion became even bigger! The groom kissed the bride in a such delicate way  .

They signed they marriage certificate and paperwork in front of the Local Priest and then had a group photo taken just outside the church.

The wedding reception lunch was served in a lovely restaurant on the beach .

What a wonderful day , you will bring it always with you for the rest of you lives!!

Congratulations Valerie & Thomas especially for your beautiful family!
