Wedding reception at the Hotel Caruso

Steve & Theresa got married in Ravello last October .
Steve contacted us nearly 15 months before the wedding day expressing us his wish to have his wedding reception in the fabulous 5 stars plus hotel Caruso.
After reading many of the  Ravello Events reviews, Steve e Theresa decided to choose the Ravello Events as their wedding planners .
Our couple came to Ravello exactly one year before the wedding day for their site inspection .
We visited together the Town Hall garden in which the civil ceremony takes place and they also met the Hotel Caruso and her Event’s coordinator Tiziana.
We have finally arranged the wedding of their dreams in less than one year time.
One of the Ravello Events main purpose,  is not only to take care of every single detail about the wedding but especially to stay as much as possible  within the couple’s budget.
The wedding colour scheme was  dark red, everything matched perfectly with the bride’s bouquet : carpet of petals , buttonholes, men’s ties .

Theresa & Steve spend the week before their wedding staying in a beautiful villa in Scala able to accommodate twenty guests.
Few days before the wedding day, we met with them and we went to the Town hall of Ravello for having the Declaration No impediment.
After that part,  we went to our office for discussing about the wedding ceremony and wedding reception last details.
As favours , the couple choose to have a white box with a red dark ribbon on which there was a wish written in italian, so sweet!!

On the wedding day, the weather was absolutely perfect!
Theresa & Steve were so emotionally involved.
As the bride’s came, we told her how lucky she was in getting such a wonderful weather in October and she simply replied: “I’m lucky in marrying such a wonderful man though”
We will never forget her words.....!

On 11th October 2012 – at 11,00 p.m. transfer from Villa Laura .- to Ravello (10 adults and 5 children ) The drop Off will be near the tunnel– restaurant Salvatore).

On 11th October 2012 at 11,00  florist delivers the Bride’ ’s Bouquet to the hotel Villa Fraulo

On 11th October 2012 at 11,30 a.m. florist delivers the Button-holes & corsages at the Town hall garden

On 11th October 2012 at 11,30 a.m the Ravello Events wedding ‘s coordinator arrive at the Town Hall garden

Wedding Venues in Ravello

Lucy and Daniel are a wonderful British couple who fell in love with Ravello less than a year ago.
They decided for an intimate wedding for no more than 28 people. 

She is for sure one of the most beautiful bride we’ ve never had.

The hair was arranged by our best hairdresser who spent time with Lucy for creating the perfect style on her.
Lucy’s make up was elegant and simple too , it was not too strong just delicate and fresh.

Her wedding dress was amazing. Her figure perfectly fit it.

Daniel and Lucy, decided for a Civil  ceremony performed in the Town Hall garden of Ravello with a stunning view on the Amalfi Coast .

Armando Malafronte our florist created all the magnificent floral arrangement, they were a mixture of white roses and white hydrangea .

Alfonso Longobardi was the official photographer of this elegant and special event!

After the ceremony , mandolin and guitar players walked the intimate group next door to the 5 stars plus hotel Caruso Belvedere in Ravello.

Aperitif and dinner was served in the hotel Caruso gardens with a stunning sea view.

The biggest surprise for all the guests was the special party we did arrange by the pool after dinner.

Roman torches, veils, sofas and floating candles looked perfect for the dancing party by the pool.

An intimate and simple event so elegant and fine.

Ravello Events Reviews

Today we want to tell you about our personal and intimate relationship we do keep with our couples even after the wedding.
Last week a new British bride, asked us for some reviews before confirming us the wedding date.

I am writing to you at the request of Angela and Rosaria from Ravello Events.

They were our wedding planners when we married in Ravello on 10th June 2011. We knew straight away that Ravello was the perfect place for our dream wedding but we were naturally worried about organising an abroad wedding and of course the inevitable language barrier.

I cannot express how invaluable Rosaria and Angela were to our big day. From day one they did everything expected from fantastic wedding planners and more. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services. They know Ravello and the surrounding area extremely well and were always at hand to ease any worries that I had along the way. They helped with absolutely everything from organising paper work for our Catholic Church ceremony to being the main point of contact for our 71 guests and sorting out their accommodation and transport.

They trully are two lovely ladies who genuinely care about their couples. I felt it was so much more than a job to them and made our day so unique and memorable for us and all or guests. Any idea or wish I had they made happen. We even returned to Ravello last year for our first anniversary and of course caught up with them both.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you, but Ravello Events have been in touch and explained that you were considering getting married in Ravello and using their services and that maybe I might be able to reassure you.

Darren and I got married in Ravello in September and we were absolutely delighted with the services of Ravello Events, the venues we used and all of the recommendations and assistance that they gave us towards organising our wedding.  I actually work in the hospitality and events industry, and I know I am not the easiest person to please when it comes to organising the most important day of our lives!!  


They helped us with everything, including legal paperwork (which was complex and i would have been lost without their accurate guidance).  They listened well to what type of day we wanted and made suitable recommendations based on our wishes. They also booked transfers and accommodation for our guests who requested assistance.  Rosaria attended our wedding day,  dressed as a guest and was there in the background making sure everything ran smoothly.  I couldn't have asked for more professional wedding planners.  Initially I did contact another company in Ravello but wasn't impressed with their website or correspondence and therefore was not convinced that they would be able to organise the classy event we were looking for.  We actually had a protestant CofE wedding in Ravello and this is not the norm at all, most religious weddings there are Catholic.  However Ravello Events were experienced and more than capable of pulling off this special and particular requirement for us.
