The Methodist ceremony was attended by about 17 guests .
At 4.30 p.m pm Laura accompanied by her emotional dad made the way down to the steps and reached the garden terrace to where Keith and all the guests were waiting for her.

After the wedding ceremony and the photos taken by Alfonso Longobardi's studio the party all went for a champagne toast in the garden next to the Wagner room with a breathtaking sea view.

When Keith and myself announced we were going to be married in Italy, Ravello Events came highly recommended to us by a friend who had heard about them by a couple they met on their honeymoon.
ReplyDeleteI sent a vague introductory email to Rosaria and Angela and I received a detailed reply back that afternoon! By the third email we decided that we would be married in Ravello and chose Ravello Events to organise our wedding! We organised everything by email and every email we sent we received one back straight away. That was why we chose Ravello Events due to their very professional, fast and easy communication.
We only had 9 months to plan our wedding and we had a limited budget but this was no problem at all! Ravello Events guided us through with very clear instructions and sent us a list of services to suit all budgets from ceremony locations, florists, photographers, reception locations etc.
Myself and Keith are both UK Nationals and can not speak a word of Italian but this did not matter at all. There was no stress involved in planning the wedding even with it being abroad, Ravello Events were truly amazing and with their efficient planning and clear instructions took away any stress that would of incurred if we had done this alone. They sorted out the legal side of the marriage with the only thing for me and Keith to do was apply for a marriage certificate the UK that we sent to the Consulate in Naples.
The day of the wedding was truly breathtaking! The venue was superb, the staff were warm and friendly and everything ran like clockwork. All we had to do was turn up on the day and everything had been organised and set out for us! The Gardens that we were married in were closed off and exclusive to our wedding party and it truly felt like the most special, private wedding with only our close friends and family. I think the pictures say everything! I can not emphasis enough that you should not rule out getting married abroad as you think it would be to difficult and stressful.
Rosaria and Angela showed us such warmth and kindness and are very proud of their birthplace and home and this is reflected in their passion for their job. Thank you so much for such a perfect day and all your help in creating it. We would not of changed anything at all - even if we won the lottery - we would still chose Hotel Caruso and Ravello Events!
