Civil wedding wedding in Ravello- Hotel Caruso Ravello

Olivia and David,
one of our nicest couple, they are in love, sweet and very friendly.
It was a pleasure working with them!

They chose Ravello for their wedding in Italy.
They opted for the outdoor wedding in the garden Belvedere Principessa di Piemonte for celebrating their Civil wedding Ceremony.

With the bride came two special flower girls.
They are their daughters... what a big privilege to have them both attending to their weddings, have a look at them they are so sweet!

After the intimate Wedding Ceremony, the party walked down to the main square of Ravello for having a lovely glass of Italian sparkling wine..

Beautiful pictures were taken around the Town as well.

Olivia used the white as main colour for floral decoration at The Hotel Caruso in Ravello during the wedding dinner.
Dinner , cutting of the cake and dancing took place in the Hotel Caruso wonderful gardens.

You can feel in the pictures (they have sent us ) the atmosphere and emotions of this wonderful day.

Romantic Wedding in Ravello

Today we invite you to Nicola & Craig’s wedding:

Nicola has been indeed one of our most beautiful brides , always smiling and friendly.

She got ready in the 5 stars plus hotel palazzo Sasso together to her bridesmaids.
Craig and Nicola’s wedding was celebrated in the secluded Romanesque church of Santa Maria a Gradillo.

As floral designer, they have used Armando Malafronte , we all have been in touch for more than one year .
Since the very beginning bride and groom had very clear ideas on their wedding.

The Church was all in white, all the details were perfect: white flowers, white carpet, white candles and an amazing garland of flowers put at the entrance of the church.

You can imagine bride and groom’s excitement and happiness, when they walked on the carpet to get to the altar!

Craig’s went before and Nicola followed her bridesmaids.

They were looking for a very special, important venue, were they could be away from tourists or hotel’s guests.
They choose the Charming villa Eva rich of beauty and secret with an extraordinary sea view on the coast .
The main entrance was covered by white curtains twisted around the columns, lanterns and roses petals spread along the aisle.

When Nicola’s and Craig walked through , it was like in a dream.
The Prince and the Princess had just arrived!

Imagine, a romantic marquee under which elegant white covered chairs , white table clothes, high vases with white flowers , candles and white veils where set .

Here the dinner was served, the food was very closed to the traditions but elaborated with creativity.

All the guests enjoyed every single moment of this special event.

Walter one of our best singer, has been able to offer a fantastic performance during the wedding.
He has a wide repertoire and all guests including bride and groom were amazed by him .

After dinner, the party went on with dances and music until late.

What a memorable day !

Getting married at the Hotel Caruso Ravello

Lucy and Daniel are a wonderful British couple who fell in love with Ravello less than a year ago.

They decided for an intimate wedding for no more than 28 people.

She is for sure one of the most beautiful bride we’ ve never had.
The hair was arranged by our best hairdresser who spent time with Lucy for creating the perfect style on her.

Lucy’s make up was elegant and simple too , it was not too strong just delicate and fresh.

Her wedding dress was amazing. Her figure perfectly fit it.

Daniel and Lucy, decided for a Civil ceremony performed in the Town Hall garden of Ravello with a stunning view on the Amalfi Coast .

Armando Malafronte our florist created all the magnificent floral arrangement, they were a mixture of white roses and white hydrangea .

Alfonso Longobardi was the official photographer of this elegant and special event!

After the ceremony , mandolin and guitar players walked the intimate group next door to the 5 stars plus hotel Caruso Belvedere in Ravello.

Aperitif and dinner was served in the hotel Caruso gardens with a stunning sea view.

The biggest surprise for all the guests was the special party we did arrange by the pool after dinner.

Roman torches, veils, sofas and floating candles looked perfect for the dancing party by the pool.

An intimate and simple event so elegant and fine.

Villa Eva Ravello

Saturday afternoon another wonderful wedding took place here in Ravello .
Marianna & Giancarlo got married in the baroque Catholic church of S. Francesco in Ravello just along the way for reaching the charming villa cimbrone.

The catholic Ceremony was very touching.

Marianna was walked to the altar by her brother and by her 2 beautiful 3 years old little girls : Eleonora and Stella.

Marianna and the twins looked very elegant in their white dresses.

Flowers at the ceremony were all white lisianthus , settembrini and roses.

After the religious ceremony, family and friends moved to the late liberty style building Villa Eva .

Villa Eva, is a typical example of a private liberty home surrounded by a botanical garden with a spectacular see view.

Italian wedding ceremony

It is a common problem to many couples : who and how many guests to invite to their wedding?
The problem becomes even bigger if we talk about a wedding destination abroad.
Yesterday, Frank & Peggy decided to simplify it and to satisfy their needs of an intimate wedding ceremony with just 2 of their closest friends.
For their Italian wedding ceremony , they’ve  chosen the romantic Town Hall of Ravello , the ceremony has been performed in the gorgeous garden Belvedere Principessa di Piemonte with sea view .
Frank & Peggy walked together into the garden hands in hands.
They have been smiling during the whole ceremony. They looked very relaxed and in love with each other.
The photo shooting has been done in the hotel Palumbo, around Ravello and up to Ceremony place.

The had an exclusive photographer Denis Reggie which was also one of the witness during the Civil Ceremony, he his a very close family friend but also a professional photographer .

Nick & Claire Civil Ceremony in the Belvedere Principessa di Piemonte in Ravello

After a fantastic experience with the wine tasting in the morning, everybody expected the best for the Civil ceremony.

It was indeed a perfect ceremony !

The Ravello Events arranged the flowers, petals and chairs for the Civil Ceremony.

The temperature was very warm, the sun shined and the guests were amazed by the view.

They exchanged their vows in front of their family and friends.

The wedding dinner took place in the local restaurant La Vecchia Cantina in Ravello.

Claire and Nick were so happy about their wedding day that Claire the day after came to our office for thanking us and for bringing us a lovely present.

One of the first tasks you will need to do as a new bride is selecting your wedding reception location .
Where do you want to have your reception? Luxurious hotel, private villas, gardens, beaches  or traditional italian restaurant? 
Make an appointment with your wedding planner www.ravelloevents.com  ask them for a list of  venues and choose the most suitable to your needs.
They will help you finding out the good points and the not so good points of each venue before you sign a contract. 


Each venue will dictate to a certain extent what you will or will not be able to do at that site.
While most sites lend themselves to a variety of possible options of what is feasible, some of these options can get quite expensive. If the proposed wedding reception site is not already equipped with the infrastructure and equipment, you might have to rent or at least bring in a big long list of equipment to make the reception possible.
One of the wedding planner task is to let you know up front how much each venue is going to cost to achieve what you want, doesn’t matter if you are working with a limited budget or with a large budget.
Trust your local wedding planner, they are the expert and you will have the wedding of your dream!
