Blessing ceremonies Amalfi Coast

 

Our principal Celebrant Phil is a British teacher graduated in English Literature which decided to move to Ravello where he is living from several years .

He is able to perform religious blessing ceremonies, as well as non religious blessing ceremonies with his loving and creative approach to blessing couples of all backgrounds.

He guides them on their journey to the altar and beyond. He encourages the Blessing to be open to people of all races, nations and religions. 
 
He will individualise your blessing by writing a script especially for you. 

He also complements the ceremony if required by our couple with the most beautiful poetry and moving readings of the English literature.

Phil aim to offer a personalized service constructed in close dialogue with our clients which reflects the personalities and wishes of them .

He composes an history of couple’s lives together , including information concerning how and when they first met and the journey as a couple that has led them to celebrate their special day in front of family and friends.

The Blessing can be either religious/spiritual or of a non-religious nature but he will always provide you with a selection of appropriate vows or you may wish to compose your own to make your special day truly unique.

Each ceremony is unique and his reward is to share anytime the couple’s happiness on their special day.

Getting married in Villa Eva Ravello

There is a special corner close to Ravello main centre, it is a wonderful , private villa with gorgeous gardens and wonderful sceneries on the coast .

One year ago when Fiona & Marc came over to find the perfect venue on this spot of Italy, they found the best wedding reception venue they could have never dreamed.

Fiona & Marc wanted to have their wedding abroad and they choose the Amalfi Coast for their destination wedding.

They simply felled in love with this Wedding venue and its pleasant atmosphere .
They really wanted to have a symbolic blessing in the Villa grounds .

Their wedding day was blessed with a wonderful sun and mild temperature , the Symbolic blessing was set in the private garden with sea view .

Our celebrant Phil performed a smart Symbolic blessing .

The wedding Ceremony was beautifully accompanied by the pianist  , it created the perfect atmosphere for this romantic event.

The arrival of the two bridesmaids first and then the bride was very Scenography , they all walked on the rose petals carpet  created by Armando Malafronte that matched perfectly Fiona’s theme based on white and green.

The outdoor symbolic ceremony had a natural breath-taking setting thanks to the extraordinary view on the Amalfi Coast sea.
Right after the ceremony the aperitif was served in the garden with traditional Italian Kiosk .
The staff of the villa presented a delicious and scenic aperitif in the garden.
All guests enjoyed the Italian prosecco , cocktails and the lovely canapés accompanied by a traditional mandolin and guitar players.

The dinner was served under the elegant marquee , the wedding table centrepieces  choose by Fiona and Marc were square glass vases with ivory flowers.

Fiona and Marc could not imagine anything more than this: the food was delicious, the atmosphere very warm and the service very good.

The dinner ended with a traditional wedding cake cut at midnight but the after dinner party went on with music and open bar with a great DJ set  until 2.00 a.m.

The Amalfi Coast dream wedding

 Ruby & David contacted us in March 2012 and they immediately came for their site inspection one month later .

When we met them in Ravello , it was a cold day but we showed to them all the venues in which they were more interested in .

Few months later, we are ready for celebrating their special wedding day.

The wedding day started very early, Ruby got ready  in Villa S.Michele by the sea, so our  make up artist went there.


While all the guests met in the main square of Ravello for reaching the Town Hall all together for the civil ceremony , at 3,45 p.m. our taxi driver picked up the bride  from Villa S.Michele to Ravello .

The– drop off was outside the Hotel Caruso which is only 1 minute walking distance from the Town Hall garden.

 The Ravello Events wedding coordinator arrive at the Town Hall around 4.00 p.m for welcoming the guests and for delivering the buttonholes and pin corsages to the immediate family members.

 As Ruby arrived in the Town Hall garden, the Neapolitan duo started playing .

Ruby was beautiful: her dress, the make up were absolutely stunning!

David was very nervous, he could not wait any longer to see his beautiful wife walking into the aisle.

At the end of ceremony after taking the wedding pictures, bride , groom and wedding party walked down to the main square of Ravello where a rich aperitif was served in one of the most elegant bar.

Once up to Villa Eva, a second aperitif was served in their beautiful garden , all the guests enjoyed the food and drinks very much!

The set up of Villa Eva where the wedding dinner was served was absolutely romantic .

Tea candles on the tables, flower centrepieces , roman torches at the entrance!!

The wedding dinner , speeches, cutting of the cake and the dancing went exactly as they wanted them to be.

A perfect , unforgettable wedding day!
